Photography has been part of my life for nearly two decades.

I was raised in Northern Colorado, where I developed an appreciation for the mountains, changing seasons, and the people who make this place feel like home. I picked up my first camera in 2007, and I was hooked. I continued studying photography in college, but life ultimately led me down a different professional path.

For the past 13 years, I’ve built a career as a craftsman, remodeling homes throughout Northern Colorado. That work taught me something I carry into every photoshoot- details matter. Quality matters. And creating something that stands the test of time is always worth doing right.

Photography never left me.

It remained the passion I came back to after work, on weekends, while traveling, and during life’s biggest moments. Over the years, I’ve photographed weddings, families, landscapes, concerts, and everyday moments simply because I’ve always loved the most fundamental part- capturing a moment in time.

Today, Peyton & Co. is the realization of a dream that’s been quietly growing since I first picked up a camera.

When I’m not behind the lens, I’m usually spending time with my wife and daughter, exploring Colorado’s mountains, camping, or working on the next project around the house.

My goal isn’t just to deliver beautiful photographs. It’s to create images that feel honest, images that remind you exactly how life looked, and more importantly, how it felt- to preserve that moment forever.

Whether I'm remodeling a home or documenting a wedding day, I've always believed the things worth creating are the ones that stand the test of time.
